Bar Manager Philip Bischoff and his team draws from a well-edited selection of fine artisanal spirits, the world’s first in-hotel rickhouse, and a remarkable collection of house-made ingredients to expertly revive classic and forgotten cocktails that leap from the pages of history. To complement the inspired beverages, Chef Nicholas Trosien reinvents iconic New York gastronomy, serving up gourmet bar bites that reflect New York’s myriad of cultures.

Kick back on Sundays with a decadent brunch at Manhattan – Singapore’s first adults-only cocktail brunch where guests can enjoy handcrafted cocktails and gourmet offerings.

What’s on the menu? Think unlimited flow of freshly-shucked American bivalves, Maine Lobster, Smoked Foie Gras and a Knickerbocker Beer-battered Fish ‘n’ Chips, just to name a few. Desserts are equally delicious with Cinnamon-raisin Sticky Bun, Whoopie Pie Cheeseburger, Snickers Candy Bar and more.
